Yoga uses slow physical movements and stretching to improve fitness and flexibility. Yoga can be practised by people of all ages and is a great way of relieving stress and relaxing. Classes are run by leisure centres, at community halls and by individual trainers across Devon and there are specific classes for beginners. Alternatively, there are a number of good quality yoga DVDs available, so you can practice yoga at home.
