"I went to Ashtanga yoga pretty much everyday until I moved to another city. I joined a yoga studio here in Bath and I can honestly say Ashtanga yoga in Exeter has better facilities and the most amazing and knowledgeable teachers. I miss all of their classes so much 😭 the studio itself has a very calming atmosphere with the wooden flooring and decor. It was a sanctuary for me. The teachers allow you to tune into yourself and your breath rather than just the physical movements which I think is very important and was beneficial for me. Highly recommended!! If I ever moved back to Exeter, I'd definitely join again! ♥️♥️♥️"

"Having never done a yoga class before I really didn't know what to expect, and as a man I was quite worried about standing out in a class of women. Within the first few moments of meeting Chris I felt much more at ease, he is very approachable, and explains the poses clearly. The intensive weekend was in my opinion well structured for complete novices like myself, judging from the noises others were making toward the end of each day it seems that even more experienced students found the weekend challenging! This was a fantastic introduction to yoga. I hope I manage to be disciplined enough to keep up with practice, while continuing on my yoga journey!"

"I’ve recently attended the Art of Adjusting Primary Poses course with Chris Croft. Chris has real insight into the mechanics of movement in the body. His teaching is clear and intelligent. I learned a lot in this one session which will impact my practice for ever. Chris’ sense of humour combined with his knowledge makes for a very dynamic learning experience. I would thoroughly recommend this course."

"Chris delivered a really informative workshop on the jumping back, jumping through technique. There is so much to master in what always appears to be an effortless, fluid movement when properly executed. The entire sequence was dissected and expertly explained with plenty of tips, guidance, humour and encouragement. An enjoyable and exhausting way to spend 3 hours in a lovely studio. Thank you!"
