Riding for the Disabled

Riding for the Disabled (RDA) encourages and supports people with disabilities to take up horse riding. It is available at many riding centres across Devon, with support tailored to each individual rider. RDA is an accessible and therapeutic activity which can have many positive effects for the rider including enhancing freedom of movement, gaining confidence, building relationships, receiving life-enhancing physiotherapy and achieving individual goals.
