Running

Regardless of your age or fitness level running is a free and easy way to keep fit and to meet new people. You can literally head outdoors and access a running route from your doorstep, or join an organised running group, where support is available for beginners.  Running could also be a great way to add exercise into your daily commute. Alternatively, why not try the Couch to 5K challenge?
